Short bio:
Clara Medina is a 3rd year undergraduate Environmental Engineering student at the University of California, Merced. Since becoming a UC LEADS scholar in May 2021, Clara has been fortunate enough to conduct research alongside Dr. Colleen Naughton and the COVIDPoops19 team at UC Merced. She enjoys her current work with W-SPHERE and is looking forward to utilizing what she’s learned to prepare for graduate school. Clara hopes to pursue Environmental Policy with her background of engineering and Wastewater-Based Epidemiology (WBE).
