C. How to Share Files

Sharing files with other authors on the GWPPWebsite

  • Login to the GWPP Website using the orange icon in the upper right hand corner.
  • Click on the File Sharing tab in the upper right hand corner under the orange login.


 

  • If you would like to be notified of a new upload, check “Yes” under “Email Notification”. If not, leave the box unchecked
  • Click ‘Upload File.’



  • To create a new folder to place your files in, click the ' New Folder' the option

    • Fill in the fields for display name, parent folder (GWPP sharing is the default folder), any keywords that can be used in a search description (optional)
    • Follow the directions above for uploading a file.
  • To download files, click on green arrow under the ‘Action’ column.
